Synopsis

Late at night, Sova’s mom studies owls. When Sova is finally old enough, she gets to join her mother at work! Together they fly off into the evening, hoping to see migrating saw-whet owls. But Sova is not sure an owl will come. She wonders whether the birds know that she’s not a night owl after all. Together, in the dark of the night, Sova and her mother stay wide awake-and try hard to be patient.
